RT7259為內部集成了用於高端的功率MOSFET與對低端功率MOSFET的閘極驅動電路的同步整流DC/DC降壓型轉換器，輸入範圍4.5V至24V時，可輸出電流達10A。RT7259的電流模式架構與可因應大範圍的輸入與負載變化的暫態回應進行優化的補償。逐週期形式的限流機制可在輸出短路時提供電路保護作用，緩啟動機制則可消除啟動瞬間的輸入電流湧浪的問題。此外，RT7259可由外部的時序信號進行頻率300kHz至1.5MHz範圍內的同步操作。RT7259採用WDFN-14L 4x3的封裝規格。
